Richard Brewin

International Capability Development & Sustainability Fellow at the UK MoD

Richard Brewin is a chartered scientist and an International Capability Development & Sustainability Fellow at the Ministry of Defence, UK and former Project Officer, Energy & Environment Systems as well as former Chair Energy and Environment Working Group at the European Defence Agency (EDA).

During a twenty-year management career he is established in development and implementation of high-level Government policy at UK and international levels including leadership on defence / security strategy and military equipment capability delivery, interfaces with the Defence Industrial & Technological base and international supply chains, other militaries, the European Defence Agency (UK specialist representative on energy and environment), and NATO; programme and change management; research and development programme management; procurement; finance; training and development; and consultancy.

Richard became a member of GMACCC in October 2019.
